Arboricultural Impact Assessments
We provide arboricultural impact assessment reports to assist with planning applications. This report allows us to demonstrate to the local planning authority that the impact of development on trees has been carefully considered, the loss and retention of trees is quantified, and mitigation offered.
We will work with our client’s team to help the development proposal to avoid arboricultural impacts, and where this is not possible, provide guidance and solutions for appropriate mitigation. The arboricultural impact assessment aims to provide a positive report that demonstrates the development proposal is sustainable and that it complies with relevant national and local planning policies as it relates to trees and local landscape character.
